This is the appropriate package to buy if have decided on a particular plan, but want to have your builder give you a firm cost. This is similar to the
Study Set
above except it is a complete set of plans. However, they too are stamped "Not for Construction" and do not include a construction license required to build from them. Also like the Study Set, you will receive 90% credit toward the purchase of one of the first four package options. The Single Set package will include the following:
