This is the basic package that includes what most owner/builders need. The 5 or 8 set package will include the following: Building elevations (exterior views) Floor plan(s) Foundation Plan Roof Plan (as seen from above - often an actual stick by stick framing plan) Building cross sections Typical wall sections (indicating wall thickness and insulation used) Miscellaneous notes and details This package includes a license to build one dwelling from the plans that you purchase. A Reproducible Set file will include the following: Building elevations (exterior views) Floor plan(s) Foundation Plan Roof Plan (as seen from above - often an actual stick by stick framing plan) Building cross sections Typical wall sections (indicating wall thickness and insulation used) Miscellaneous notes and details This package includes a license to build one dwelling from the plans that you purchase plus a copyright release from the designer authorizing you to make modifications to the drawings and have copies made locally.
