This is the basic package that includes what most owner/builders need with the exceptions listed at the bottom. The 5 or 8 set package will include the following: Building elevations (exterior views) Floor plan(s) Foundation Plan Roof Plan (as seen from above - often an actual stick by stick framing plan) Building cross sections Typical wall sections (indicating wall thickness and insulation used) Miscellaneous notes and details This package includes a license to build one dwelling from the plans that you purchase. This is the package you would want to buy if you are planning on making minor modifications to the drawings or just want to be able to make as many copies locally as you want. It also includes what most owner/builders need with the exceptions listed at the bottom. A Reproducible Set file will include the following: Building elevations (exterior views) Floor plan(s) Foundation Plan Roof Plan (as seen from above - often an actual stick by stick framing plan) Building cross sections Typical wall sections (indicating wall thickness and insulation used) Miscellaneous notes and details This package includes a license to build one dwelling from the plans that you purchase plus a copyright release from the designer authorizing you to make modifications to the drawings and have copies made locally. 	PDF	Show detail	$805
This is the package you would want to buy if you want your plans right now, want to save the shipping costs, and are willing to have your copies made locally. These are the same as the packages above except they are sent to you via email so you can often get them the same day. It is the exact same package as listed above except in electronic form. The PDF files will contain the following: Building elevations (exterior views) Floor plan(s) Foundation Plan Roof Plan (as seen from above - often an actual stick by stick framing plan) Building cross sections Typical wall sections (indicating wall thickness and insulation used) Miscellaneous notes and details This package includes a license to build one dwelling from the plans that you purchase. 	CAD	Show detail	$1410
This is the package you would want to buy if you are planning on making substantial modifications to the drawings and want to be able to make as many copies locally as you want. It also includes what most owner/builders need with the exceptions listed at the bottom. A CAD file will include the following: Building elevations (exterior views) Floor plan(s) Foundation Plan Roof Plan (as seen from above - often an actual stick by stick framing plan) Building cross sections Typical wall sections (indicating wall thickness and insulation used) Miscellaneous notes and details This package includes a license to build one dwelling from the plans that you purchase plus a copyright release from the designer authorizing you to make modifications to the drawings and have copies made locally. 	Single	Show detail	$635
This is the appropriate package to buy if have decided on a particular plan, but want to have your builder give you a firm cost. This is similar to the Study Set above except it is a complete set of plans. However, they too are stamped "Not for Construction" and do not include a construction license required to build from them. Also like the Study Set, you will receive 90% credit toward the purchase of one of the first four package options. The Single Set package will include the following: Building elevations (exterior views) Floor plan(s) Foundation Plan Roof Plan (as seen from above - often an actual stick by stick framing plan) Building cross sections Typical wall sections (indicating wall thickness and insulation used) Miscellaneous notes and details This package does not includes a license to build a dwelling from the plans that you purchase and will be stamped "Not for Construction".
Items not included are: Locations of actual ductwork for heating and air conditioning Drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations Electrical wiring and panel diagrams Professional stamps Location-specific engineering

	Right Reading Reverse - The plan is reversed with all text reading correctly.	$150
	Mirror Reverse - A Mirror Reverse is a mirrored image of the home plan, with the text appearing backwards. We recommend you purchase at least 2 of the 5 or 8 sets un-mirrored with the text reading properly to submit for your building permit.	$50
