House Plan Highlights

This charming Bungalow presents a welcoming fa├žade: between the broad covered front porch and the windows lining the entire front of the house, this home is light, bright, and has an open feeling.
Enter the main floor into the generous living room which connects to the dining room, both full of windows. The kitchen is large and functional, with an eating bar that comfortably seats four. A bathroom and laundry room sit behind the kitchen and open onto a small covered porch. A large first floor bedroom is perfect for a guest room or main floor master with its own bathroom suite, his and hers sinks, and separate tub under a window overlooking the side yard.
The second floor makes efficient use of space, centering two additional bedrooms and a study above the main floor. Built-in bookshelves provide extra storage and a slider in the study overlooks the main floor below, creating yet another open and expansive space.
