Frequently Asked Questions About This Plan

  • What size are the roof trusses for this house? Can the storage area on the garage be made smaller and the extra used for a larger laundry room? Thanks!

    I'm not sure what you mean by truss size, but to take a guess, they are normally 24" apart. If you are looking for storage, you can choose to use "attic trusses" which will give you a large storage area in the center of the attic. Yes, you can enlarge the utility room into the storage.
