Frequently Asked Questions About This Plan

  • We really like this floor plan but have some questions. 1. Fireplace in courtyard & great rm.? No chimney. LP gas? 2.Where would be the best place to add about 188 Sq.ft.? Storage area off garage? Master bedroom? We need to get to 2200 Sq.ft. 3. Can a half bath be added in storage room off kitchen? No bathroom on that side of the house.
