House Plan Highlights

This classic Northwest style house plan is designed for maximum efficiency of movement for busy families. This is a relatively small floor plan yet each detail has been drafted to create a feeling of spaciousness and convenience.
Many families have sought out the split level plan for its ability to maximize space on a small lot. In this floor plan, the main living area separates bedrooms onto the left side of the home, each with a large closet, while the kitchen, eating bar and spacious dining room connect to a large living room with vaulted ceilings and generous fireplace with built-in mantle. A deck off the dining room makes the space feel even larger, with stairs down to ground level for easy access to the backyard.
The lower level hosts the two-car garage and a large bonus space perfect for a kids’ play room, work space, or storage. The laundry room and third bathroom are located on this level, keeping noisy activities separate from the main living area.
