House Plan Highlights

The main floor of this home is nothing short of sophisticated elegance. With the open floor plan on the left side, the dining room, large kitchen with eating bar and eating nook all pivot around a three-sided gas fireplace and deck beyond. The right side of the home boasts a luxury master suite with private deck, sitting room with a second three-sided gas fireplace and generous walk-in closet. The indulgent master bath has his-and-hers sinks, a walk-in shower and a bathtub under the window bathing the room in light.
The lower floor hosts two additional bedrooms, each with large closets; an office and family room, and an enormous laundry/ utility room where clothes are collected from a chute located on the upper floor. The two car garage provides ample space for multiple vehicles or additional storage.
