House Plan Highlights

Despite its narrow footprint, this traditional home easily accommodates four bedrooms, a rear deck, and room to expand. The front-loading two-car garage conveniently accesses the kitchen for easy unloading of groceries. Upstairs placement of all the bedrooms allows for energy-efficient heating and cooling. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and close proximity to the centrally-located laundry room. An optional bonus room offers additional space and could serve as a bedroom or study.

How to order...

...when ordering house plans, simply select the plan package you would like, then select the “Intelligent House Plan” option on the order form. That’s all you need! You will be sent the complete drawings in a full 3-D version of the design you have selected. That’s when the fun begins!
