House Plan Highlights
The Windermere III has something for everyone. It is very functional. It is a single story with a four-car garage, an RV carport, a covered porched, and living quarters. The covered porch in this Windermere model very much resembles the dogtrot space of residential Barndos. This apartment, garage, carport combo is a wonderful way to get onto your property quickly with great amenities while you build. It offers the owner space to live and entertain while waiting to build their main home.There is about 1,100 square feet of living space including a great room, a kitchen with island, bedroom, and a full bath. There is also a laundry room in the garage. There is about 800 square feet of cover porch (dogtrot) space. In addition, the 800 square foot RV/Motor Coach carport can double as another covered porch when needed. The oversized garage is about 1,600 square feet.
This is a great space for interim living that can be converted to guest space when your main home is completed. Or if your property is a weekend place – this is enough to keep you happy for many weekends.
