House Plan Highlights

The Isla is a great blend of indoor and outdoor areas. It is over 3,000 square feet of living space loaded with "WOW!" This Barndo features three bedrooms and two and half baths.

The owner’s bedroom ensuite is down along with a half bath. There is a fabulous vaulted great room and a large kitchen area with a large island. There is a masonry fireplace in the great room and a Smuggler’s pantry off the kitchen. There is also a laundry/mud room combo downstairs.

There are covered porches front and back on this design. There is also a carport (600 sq ft) that can double as covered porch space as needed. In addition to the two bedrooms upstairs, there is also a flex room, loft, and full bath. This is fun space for all.
