The Andrade II converts the two-bedroom upstairs area of the Andrade I into a large loft. It still keeps three bedrooms down expanding one bathroom in lieu of the office nook. It has approximately 3,100 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three and half baths. The great room is inviting, and there is a stairway off the great room leading to the loft. The kitchen area still has a large island and pantry just beyond. The covered back porch area is visible through the great room as you enter the front door.Please note – All square footages are estimates.
