House Plan Highlights
The Spartacus II is a great dogtrot style design. Loaded with features, it is also easily modified. There is a lot to work with in this Barndo that is the brother to Spartacus I.With over 3,500 square feet of living space, the Spartacus II has three bedrooms and two baths on the A side. The great room serves as the space leading to wonderful living areas, and it also opens onto the dogtrot breezeway and has a pass thru window bar. Other items include a pantry area and laundry. On the opposite C side of the dogtrot, there is a living room, home gym, bedroom and full bath. It resembles and in-law suite.
The dogtrot breezeway has covered porches at each end. This is another great design to entertain family and friends.
