House Plan Highlights

The Orleans IV is everything you might want in a Barndo this size.  It is a two-story, monitor style Barndo design with over 4,800 square feet of “good stuff.”

Let’s start when we enter a large great room with a masonry fireplace that is adjacent to a fabulous kitchen area with a large island. There are three bedrooms down along with three and a half baths. There is a flex space that could be an office, gym, bunk room, etc. There is also a smuggler’s pantry off the kitchen.

Then we head upstairs to a loft area with a morning kitchen.  There is another bedroom and bath up.  In addition, there is a hidden room and a storage closet. This is the good stuff.

But let’s talk porches. There is almost 3,000 square feet of covered porch space on this design including a screened-in back (sleeping) porch and a porte-cochere.  There is also a marvelous outdoor kitchen.  This Barndo is country living and entertainment personified.
