House Plan Highlights

There is much to recommend this charming home. It begins with a quaint front
porch opening to a raised foyer. On the left side of the plan are a living room
with a tray ceiling and fireplace and a dining room with buffet space. The
kitchen, breakfast nook and family room combine for one great gathering space. The breakfast nook has double doors to the rear porch, while the family room is warmed by a fireplace. Access the two-car garage through a laundry and mudroom, near a half-bath at the entry. A skylight and decorative window brighten the second-story hallway.
