House Plan Highlights

The spunky character of this three-bedroom plan comes through in the four various-sized gables, the sloped roof and the use of brick and wood. Inside, a double-hearth masonry fireplace is shared by the sunken family room and living room. The living room, with access from the foyer, features a bay window, and the family room, with access from the breakfast room, offers a sitting bay. Another bay window drenches the kitchen with natural light. The barrel-vaulted two-story foyer leads upstairs to an angled gallery.
