House Plan Highlights

Taking into account a narrow lot, the view of a waterway and considerable winds which cannot be ignored, this cottage reveals itself to be an efficient solution with its liveable attic, and the corner sunroom permitting the enjoyment of an inside backyard at the shelter from the winds, and its garage which assures an indispensable asset for such a property.

Inside, notice an open entry two stories high adorned with a very inviting angled stairway. We notice a somewhat open living area, abundantly fenestrated at the rear, regrouping kitchen, dining room, living room and sunroom. Here on the main level, we appreciate the presence of the master bedroom with private access to the bathroom.

On the second level, note a nice office space in the mezzanine, a guest room with view on the waterway and adjoining bathroom, without forgetting a really nice bonus room above the garage. The basement, for its part, suggests a third bedroom, a large playroom, a laundry area and storage space.
