• i was wondering what the total size of the house would be (-) the breezeway and the 3rd garage/work shop. Ive chosen a lot but it may not fit. thanks Eddie

  That would reduce the total width to 80 foot 3 inches.

• Is the total sqaure foot of 3423 including the bonus room, or is it actually 3748 with bonus? Also, what is the total heated and cooled? Thank u so much

  The 3423 sq.ft. is just the size of the main floor. The bonus room adds 325 square feet, bringing the total heated area to 3748 sq. ft. The covered porch areas add another 255 sq. ft. and the garage adds another 918 sq. ft. bringing the total "under roof" to 4,921 sq. ft.
