This luxury house plan is actually a duplex multi-family unit, 2,690 A/C square feet side \"A\", 3,134 A/C square feet side \"B\" with 8 bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms, 2 car garage each side and only 50\' wide.

Each side offers an elegant dining room with direct access to the butlery, pantry and kitchen for ease in serving. The kitchen has a free-standing island and breakfast bar that opens to the breakfast area and family place. The warming fireplace will keep the breakfast and kitchen cozy. There are built-ins in the family room and storage behind the breakfast area.
