House Plan Highlights

Designed for maximum economy, this ranch style rustic home features a simple but charming exterior facade. The living room is large enough to accommodate family gatherings and the beamed cathedral ceiling combined with the stone-faced wood-burning fireplace adds lots of atmosphere. There is abundant built in cabinetry on each side of the fireplace. The kitchen is economical to build but very efficient featuring a built in floor to ceiling pantry. With a change of the door placement, the bedroom nearest the entry foyer can easily become a formal parlor, home office or study. The master suite features a dressing vanity area, giant sized walk-in closet and a spacious bath with built-in linen storage.
