House Plan Highlights

Designed in the traditional style these split-level units have a lot packed into only 1500 square feet. Identical in size and layout each unit features a large living room with corner fireplace an open kitchen and dining area and two bedrooms. The master suites are located to the front of the units and include a walk-in closet and private bath while the second bedroom has direct access to the bath just off the hall. A large recreation room a third bedroom a full bath and the laundry are located in the lower level. Access to the two-stall garage is also found downstairs.
