Frequently Asked Questions About This Plan

  • Wondering your thoughts on the area of the breakfast nook. Is there a good way to remove the fireplace and put in a walk-in pantry without making the kitchen feel enclosed? Also if a basement is put in this design, where would the suggested place for the stairs down be placed? Thank you, Great looking design.

I don't see any reason that you couldn't replace the fireplace in the Nook with a walk-in pantry. As for the stairs to basement, I best place I see without adding to the footprint is along the Living Room windows.
